Runway to Railways collects the information you submit through the Captain's Lounge interest form in order to respond to your enquiry, confirm lounge availability and discuss the next step.

The information collected includes your organisation name, contact name, professional role, email address, mobile number, the number of lounges of interest, your preferred contact method and any message you provide. Where you arrive via a referral or campaign link, the associated code is recorded alongside your enquiry.

Information is stored securely, is accessible only to authorised members of the Runway to Railways team, and is not sold or shared for unrelated marketing purposes.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time by contacting the Runway to Railways team.
